Marketing Coordinator

Grandeur is a growing company looking for an individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.

REPORTS TO: Residential Sales Manager

SUMMARY:

A Marketing Coordinator is required to market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, maintaining databases, and preparing reports. This position is responsible for planning and managing Grandeur’s public image including marketing programs and advertising campaigns using various platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing presentations; association memberships; updating calendars.
  • Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing data received from accounting.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer service requests.
  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications; and developing an extremely strong understanding and knowledge of products that are marketed.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of promotional merchandise.
  • Public relations, community development opportunities. Promote a positive image.
  • Facilitate, develop and Implement Grandeur’s brand and image. Making sure our message is consistent and correct. Messaging will be conducted through marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing presentations.
  • Acts as an initial point of contact through social media.
  • Coordinates retail partners marketing program which will include developing and maintaining Grandeurs image.
  • Prepare Grandeurs binders, flyers, brochures, and other sales tools for distribution to our retail partners and salespeople.
  • Manage corporate and franchise website and social media accounts by keeping content up to date, search engine optimization, graphics/branding to grow customer contacts and increase customer engagement!
  • Take pictures and complete virtual tours of stock homes for marketing purposes (seller sheets, website contract, social media posts)
  • Stage stock homes with furniture and accessories as needed.
  • Create graphics and layouts, both print and digital, for various projects (signage, social media, website, brochures, presentation folders, etc.)
  • Produce company and informational videos.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of direct marketing, market research, coordination, reporting, and financial planning techniques
  • Able to build constructive relationships with clients and make their needs a primary focus.
  • Effectively presents ideas, information and materials to individuals and groups.
  • Consistently maintains elevated levels of productivity.
  • Adapts well to changes in assignment and priorities.

  • Computer literate i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe, Canva, Google Ad Words, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) LinkedIn and Word Press.

WORK CONDITIONS:

  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • May be exposed to construction sites
  • Able to sit for extended periods
