We are looking for someone who can bring their unique perspective and experiences to our management team, contributing to our strategic goals and vision for the company. Your ability to build relationships and connect with people is key to your success in this role. You, together with your team, will be responsible for all HR functions including recruitment, safety, and training of both the production and administrative staff.
