CSA Certification

Grandeur Housing’s CSA Certification means that Grandeur Housing has met and continues to meet the relevant codes relating to both the CSA Z240 (Mobile / Manufactured Home) Code and the CSA A277 (which refers to the National Building Code). Regular, unannounced inspections by CSA representatives helps to ensure that your home will meet all requirements for the above Canadian Standards Association (CSA) construction codes.

Manufactured Homes

For each manufactured home that Grandeur builds, is built and tested to meet the CSA specifics for Mobile Home CSA Z240 Series. For details of rating etc. refer to manufacturer's specifications plate.

Modular Homes

For each modular home that Grandeur builds, is built and tested to meet specifics for modular homes requirements of CSA Standard A277 and the National Building Code as detailed on the Specification Sheets inside the house.

Commercial & Industrial

For each industrial and commercial building that Grandeur builds meets the CSA specifics for industrial and commercial buildings. For details of electrical rating refer to manufacturer's nameplate.
